The carrier includes one piece of baggage up to 30 kg and up to 50×50×80 cm in the hold, plus one hand bag (a bag or small backpack) in the cabin. Baggage above the allowance is paid separately at the carrier's rate, and bicycles, prams and other large items are carried only by prior arrangement.

The carrier takes small cats and dogs weighing up to 8 kg including the carrier, which must stay closed for the whole trip. A seat for the animal costs 50% of the passenger fare, and such places are limited, so the carrier should be told about the pet in advance.
