ORIONBUS, operated by Orion-Avto, is a transport company with a history of more than 50 years and one of the largest carriers in southern Ukraine; according to the official statistics the company cites, it ranks first among road carriers in the Mykolaiv region. It runs intercity and international services from a wide range of Ukrainian cities — Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, Mykolaiv, Kharkiv, Dnipro, Vinnytsia, Uman, Ternopil, Rivne, Khmelnytskyi and others. Its main destinations abroad are Poland and Germany, with some services also running to Chisinau, Varna and Burgas in Bulgaria, and Istanbul.

Its coaches are equipped with Wi-Fi, a USB port at every seat, 220 V power outlets and an on-board toilet. The fare includes one piece of baggage up to 30 kg (up to 80×40×40 cm) and hand luggage up to 5 kg.
